How do I calculate my salary hike percentage for free?

How do I find the percentage increase?
Hike % = (new − old) ÷ old × 100. Enter both figures and the tool does it, along with the rupee increase, so you can check an offer at a glance.
Is my salary uploaded?
No. The calculation is local and nothing is stored; it works offline.
Does it use CTC or in-hand?
It works on whatever figure you enter — use CTC for a CTC hike, or in-hand for an in-hand comparison, but keep both inputs on the same basis.
