How do I add up my work hours for free?
Enter each shift like 09:00-17:30, one per line, and this page sums the durations — handling breaks and shifts that cross midnight — and multiplies by your rate if you set one, on your device with no upload.
Does it handle overnight shifts?
Yes. If the out-time is earlier than the in-time, the tool treats it as crossing midnight and adds the correct duration.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is transmitted or stored, which you can verify by turning off your Wi-Fi.
Can I subtract breaks?
Yes — set the break minutes and the tool deducts that from each entry before totalling.
Limits
Sums plain in-out pairs; it does not track projects, rounding rules or statutory overtime bands.
