How do I remove line breaks from text for free?
Paste the text and choose Keep paragraphs — the tool joins the hard-wrapped lines inside each paragraph and preserves the blank lines between paragraphs, entirely in your browser with no upload and no sign-up.
Will it merge separate paragraphs into one?
Not in the default mode. Keep paragraphs treats a blank line as a real break and only collapses the single breaks inside a paragraph. Use Everything to one line when you genuinely want one continuous line.
Does it upload my text?
No. The cleanup runs locally and nothing is sent or stored — turn off your Wi-Fi and it still works.
Why does copied PDF text break like this?
A PDF stores text positioned line by line, with no notion of a flowing paragraph, so copying inserts a break wherever a line ended on the page. This tool reverses that.
Limits
Works on text, not on the PDF file itself. Hyphenated words split across a line break are left as-is rather than guessed at, since rejoining them wrongly is worse than leaving them.
